Server

🍻🍔 Join our team! Sally O’Malley’s is seeking a talented part-time server with a passion for great food, amazing drinks, and excellent service. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, providing menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any issues professionally and with a positive attitude.
Process bills and payments accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or waiter/waitress is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reliable and punctual work ethic.
